Iron Stone

Ironstone is a utilitarian pottery first produced in England in the early 1900’s. Some pieces have no hallmark while others have an ornate makers mark on the bottom of the piece. Ironstone looks beautiful grouped as a collection. The white pieces varying in color from pure white to a coffee color grazed patina are especially dramatic against a darker background.
