Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Painted Swan purchase. If you have any issues with your order please contact us.

We allow up to 30 days after purchase date to accept returns. We must approve your return before you ship it back to us. Please send us an e-mail to info@paintedswan.com including your order number and details as to why you need to return your item. Since we are such a small business we cannot offer a return label at this time. Processing time for your return will take from 3-7 days.

All website returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.

All In-Store returns of furniture and Annie Sloan Chalk Paint are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If returning any Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Collection item it must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
